Wtf is wrong with you bungie? Since the Cryptarch change I've levelled 6 or more times and I've received NOTHING but blue engrams. You've made it 10 times more difficult to level but you get the same old shit. What's the point in turning in 50 blue engrams just to receive 2 more pos blue engrams? This game already has a plethora of RNG based loot systems, how about adding a a system that rewards time put in. Each level up pack should at least provide 1 guaranteed legendary engram.
