Question for Titans
I have both Helm of Inmost Light and Helm of Saint-14 from Exotic Engrams. both are upgraded 2.0 versions. I have a Titan, but I don't use him as much as my other Characters, hence his lower level. I am maxed in defender subclass and am using Striker now.
which of these 2 helms is better in your opinion, Titans?

7 RepliesHelm of inmost light for striker, saint 14 for defender. I use helm of inmost light for pvp, the shockwave ability added to death from above is very handy for those moments where you need to clear a room and not worry about getting too close. And I use saint 14 for strikes and such, combine the bubble with the armour buff and the blindness effect from the helm and it's amazing :)

I keep one of each so that I have the best one for whatever subclass I'm using. I do that with all 3 characters so I can always maximize the position I'm playing in raids and pvp or pve.

1 ReplyIn my opinion, The Armamentarium is probably the best Titan exotic. You can use it with both sub-classes because it grants you an extra grenade. I had the Helm of Inmost Light before but I didn't like just being limited to one sub-class when it came to the perks for it. I've never had the Helm of Saint 14 but from what I've heard, it's only good for crucible, but don't let that stop you from using it.

Inmost light is a striker helmet. St14 is a defender helmet. Swap them as you swap subclass.

2 RepliesSaint 14 by far. Inmost Light looks cool but the actual perks are ass. Death from Above is cool and all, but when I have a helmet that gives me extra energy from darkness minions, it means that I will be using supers more often. Hell, for a long time I was running Striker, WITH THE SAINT 14 HELM, and it still gave me better results than the Inmost Light helmet.

I also had this predicament yesterday. I sided with the saint 14 because the bonuses from inmost light were unappealing to me, I never used them as a striker anyway, and that blinding effect is swanky. Also the intellect boost from saint is great for getting that super up, which is also good for when playing as a striker. I have little value for strength stat right meow, so I had no qualms dismantling the helm of inmost light. On a side note, my favorite exotic for Titans is the armamentarium. It is amazing!!

I'm currently trying to max out The Glasshouse. Nothing special as far as it's perks but it looks cool as hell.

It jus depends o the subclass dosent make much sense using saint14 on a striker lol

I want saint 14 and people who don't use Titan as main keep getting it haha You got the two helmets I need 2.0 Saint14 for raid with defender
