Crota's rocket launcher hidden perk

Idk. I have mine maxed out and was sad at how it fired. Half the time it doesn't track my enemies. There's been a few times it went past their heads 500 feet past them. I'll stick with my ghallajhorn. I'm keeping mine for whenever I'm upgrading another exotic. Other than that, it's an okay rocket launcher. In my opinion
