[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details

We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed. I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content: Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny. I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content: Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download. [UPDATES] We have an update for PSN players who cannot get their DLC content to launch: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12459 We are aware of Xbox 360 users being unable to successfully download the Expansion and are currently investigating.

 • After a lot of phone calls (God knows how much that's cost me), numerous emails, tweets and forms filled in, I think I've figured out why my copy of Destiny isn't letting me access the DLC I've already bought. It looks like my copy of the disc is for US only. I had NO IDEA, I bought this on eBay in good faith and it looks like I was duped. Nothing like finding out three months later, eh? Anyway, I found this on the Activision UK page. https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Destiny-Support. It will lead to a way of having a new copy of the game sent out to you. But, since it's nearly Christmas, I'll be lucky if I see the Dark Below in 2014. I suggest anyone else in the UK having this problem go through these hoops to get a replacement copy sent to you. Since it's been well over 90 days since I bought the game I have to pay around £12 to have a new one sent to me. It's better than paying £50, I suppose. In the meantime, avoid xbitegames.co.uk when buying videogames in the UK. One part of this whole problem has remained persistent though: NO REPLY FROM BUNGIE. AT. ALL.
