Thorn Bug please look into it.
Currently as a gunslinger hunter if you have the Chain of Woe activated and get head shots with the thorn and chain of woe stacks up the reload speed of the thorn still stays the same. It does not increase like it should. Please take a look into this whomever you are. Thank you.
