Raid Helm or Symbioite?
For my hunter, should I rock the raid helm or the extra golden gun shot helm? The exotic helm is maxed out already bringing me closer to 32 however the raid helm will take a week or two due to radiant shards. The raid helm gives me more super cooldown and I use blade dancer almost exclusivly, the exotic helm gives me 0 super cool down...... so for now should I use the raid helm until I get my other raid pieces up to 32 and then equip the exotic helm to reach 32? and then once I get shards then switch back to raid helm?
Help please.

Wear the exotic AS helm for right now if you have it maxed or close to it. Focuse on getting to 32, then you can optimize your set for specific situations.

Level them both. Use the raid helm when you want a different exotic armor piece or symbiote when you're planning on running gunslinger.

raid helmet with the exotic boots that make you move faster :D Also shouldnt take long cuz the exotic helmet only needs 1 shard if you wanted to go that way.

1 ReplyThere is no piece of Hunter armor more valuable to a Gunslinger than Symbiote. If you play Bladedancer too and are lucky enough to have Third Man on top of that you're set for life.

6 RepliesWhy the heck are you using AS if you're a blade dancer....how is this even a decision? If you're like me and you are most often a Gunslinger and only use bladedancing for phase 1 and crota if I'm the swordbearer...then maybe is excusable.

2 RepliesI don't see the super cool down on your raid helm. If you are a blade dancer then symbiote does nothing for you. I'd use the raid for the melee cool down and over soul gaze damage buff. But neither helm benefit you at all. You need a third man or knucklehead honestly.
