Legendary weapon engrams
Since the launch of the new expansion/DLC I've found a few legendary engrams in strikes. These were 2 primary 1 special and 1 heavy. But all of them turned into energy's. Is this just my bad luck or is the chance to get an actual weapon out these engrams actually lowered?!
