Got this primary exotic sniper today, and unless these upgrades come through as major boss-slayers, its going to either sit in my vault or be dismantled. RoF is terrible, almost a better idea to just reload the entire clip between shots. Damage output is not substantial on body hits, and in crucible the time it takes to bolt action this thing allows the other guy to just demolish you. Sights are hard to use, but with practiced could be mastered. Is it worth ranking up? Anyone else have it? Thoughts?
