So, you've come to our page, hopefully looking to learn more about us before joining. The Sons of Solstice has been created with a dual purpose, both to enable the easy finding of a group for a raid, strike etc. But also so that you can hopefully form a group with whom you play regularly and can have fun with. Finding people to play with is difficult, and time consuming, and when you find a group, sometimes that group struggles due to being unfamiliar with each other and each person's play style. To combat this, our clan will have an element of rank. We will appoint team and fireteam captains, so that you will be able to find someone who we have preapproved to lead a team in raids and strikes and what not. But these people are not your leaders, they will be helpful people who know how best to use your particular strengths in combat, but their word is not law, after all, if sniping isn't your thing, why should you sit and snipe for an hour? That's not fun, and ultimately, will lessen your enjoyment of Destiny. Equally, we do not exclude based on level or skill, These things can be earned, and come with time. Just purchased destiny and it's the first game you've ever played? not a problem, we'll show you the ropes and turn you into a mighty warrior of the light. New to the whole idea of a clan? We'll still welcome you with open arms. You don't even need to speak, (but I promise, you'll love the game 5000% more when you do chime in.) so long as you can hear and follow along to help out.
