I keep getting this error code when trying to purchase The Dark Below DLC for Destiny. I am able to purchase any other item on the PS store without complications.
I first posted here on the Bungie forums asking for a resolution. They came back with "That is a console error. You will need to contact the console manufacturer for assistance with this issue".
I have now posted on the Playstation forums with the same post to see if that bring up any solutions. Link below.

After google searching the error it's apparently " Issue adding funds to a sub account. Sub accounts do not have a wallet. Please add your funds from the Master Account linked to the sub account."
I definatly have funds in my wallet and I only have one primary main account, no sub accounts.
I have tried all the basics restarting my PS4, signing out and in on PSN, even tried to download the content via PS store on web browser via computer.
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!

Just thought I'd let people know that I've just finally been able to purchase the DLC, looks like what ever the problem was is now sorted, no more e-82000102!

They finally allowed me to download it. It is downloading as we speak. There better be some extra bonus content for all of us that had this issue !!

Hi guys small update for you here. There are still no current fixes to enable us to buy the expansion. However, there is a work around you can use. Buy the expansion pass and restart your PS4, you will now have access to The Dark Below. I know you shouldnt have to pay the extra money but I caved in guys! I hope you all can find a solution without buying the pass but doesnt look promising at the moment. Anyhow, Crota awaits me... best of luck!

Same exact issue here too. I rang sony, guy on the phone got the store up and had all my account running and had the same issue, which seemed to puzzle him. He put me on hold to grab his boss and ask, when he came back it was to say that its "a known issue and the engineers are working on it". Best advice he could give me was to leave it for 24/48 hours and check back, if not then call them back. So baisically its a case of buying the season pass or holding out and crossing fingers for a fix, as of right now that still aint up as i still cant get up and running, im off to continuously press the purchase button until it works...

I am getting the same prob. Man, if I dont get to download this DLC by the end of the day, I want a complete refund. Giving a release date and ignoring issues, majority of the ppl are having, is simply unacceptable. This post has been here since yesterday, and they dont have the decency to reply to it?

Same issue here. i do have an asian copy of the game, since I'm in Asia for work. But my psn (and dlc) is linked to a European account. Don't know if that might be part of the problem...

I'm in the same boat here! It's really starting to annoy me, especially as there doesn't seem to be any answers from anywhere! I started a thread about this last night and got the same response from Bungie about it being a console problem but I don't see how it's a console problem when it's specifically just The Dark Below DLC that doesn't work, like you I can buy anything else on the PS store and like you I don't have a sub account, there's only one account on my 2 month old ps4! I was really looking forward to this DLC but now with this issue and the poor reception it seems to have got I'm starting to reconsider.
