Best PVP perk: Angel of Light
Anyone else think that the Angel of Light perk is the best PvP perk in the game?
Floating in midair while you shoot is amazingly convenient. Destiny is one of few games I've played that massively decreases the accuracy of most weapons when you're falling, and Angel of Light gives a huge advantage in the Crucible when you have perfect accuracy from a bird's eye view where you can rain hell on people with no accuracy deduction.

The problem with angel of light is that it competes with touch of flame and gift of the sun. All three are really good.

A warlock flew up into the air and out of sight round a corner, so I watch my radar and jump round the corner thinking he would have landed by the time I jump around. I make my move and instantly "wtf? Where is he?" And before you know it I'm dead. Clever use of the perk. Other times the user is just a floating target.

Yeah, I love being a giant floating ball of orange light with no cover. Only scrubs need two grenades.

I personal use blink + blink strike and destroy people. I blink over to them and basically land on top of them with blink strike. Then it's an easy kill while they try to figure out what happened.

Chain of Woe + gunslingers trance = insanely fast reloading speed + easier headshots
