I could balance your crucible system in minutes, obviously buff every gun. The problem is that nobody is shooting them out of their ass, which is the O.G. Way to kill a guardian. Also, you will make everyone 30. No more entitlement over why he's better than her. It's all uphill from here. You're going to drop every raid item, every time you complete the raid. This will just make everybody completely happy and they will continue to keep playing the game every week, and probably keep doing the raid too so we can keep getting all the gear.
