Original Character Profile Name: Jemari Tanner Human Male Striker Titan Age: 22 In a past life, he was one of the brave young men who stayed behind to buy families time to retreat to safety during The Collapse. He fought until a Fallen Dreg stabbed him from behind the car he was using as cover. Resurrected by the Light of the Traveler via one of the Ghosts, he continues to fight, no knowledge of his former life or why he fights. But on a personal journey to discover why he is alive and fighting what he sees as a hopeless fight. He was young and enlisted prior to his death and it shows through his youthful brown eyes and brown high fade. His skin is tanned from days staring at the Traveler from atop the Tower, pondering this second chance at life he has received, several years after his death. Although he is more than happy to charge into battle and strike the enemy where it hurts, he realises the value of distance carrying a sniper rifle alongside his auto rifle, hand cannon, and rocket launcher. There is always room for more weapons and armor in his eyes. He is still relatively new to being a Guardian with a mixture of different armor types on his body, all painted blue. He was in route to meet the Queen to secure payment from a bounty she had on a high Servitor.

His name was Vormus. His Destiny, was similar to that of Kabr's, but it was never as widespread as his, for Vormus' fate was lost in the sands of Mars. My name is Uriel, I am the only one who knows of his story, for I was there when he went out of the gate... the gate, of the Black Garden. We were in the deepest of the Cabal's bases in order to execute Valus Ta'aurc. On the way there, we found a gigantic Vex manifest close to Ta'aurc's warship. I could remember the look on Vormus' face as he told me "This cannot be good". We approached the gate, a blue orb shining in front of us, a signal of the Vex. A class Hydra appeared in an instant, and in a last minute effort, Vormus obliterated the Hydra with his Nova Bomb, and we ran for cover as the rest of its body exploded. The gate had dark smoke coming out of its edges as the gate opened in a purple-ish haze. Vormus told me to stay and keep the gate opened as he goes in to do a reconnaissance mission, but as soon as he went inside of the portal, it closed up in a transparent fog. I was hoping anxiously that my friend was alive, waiting at the gate for his return. Vormus did come back, but he was not the same man who went in. Three months later, he was missing, presumed dead and drained of his light. After Vormus went missing, I found his journal in his private quarters in the Tower. The following excerpt was recorded after Vormus went into the portal: It was dark. Everything was. The only thing I could see was the light shining from cracks in the ceiling. My breath was heavy, water dripped down on my helmet. My ghost was in awe at the sight. He turned on the flashlight and guided me through the tunnels. The Vex there were dormant, moss hanging from their shoulders. We continued through as we saw more Vex, still in their stasis. "This is a graveyard." My ghost said. "No, child of life. This is the birthplace of your kind." An ominous voice echoed through the walls. We advanced through the path and in a spectacular entrance, we saw a beautiful grass field, with a giant hill out in the distance... everything was green. We went down the paths of the garden, and arrived at its door. Ghost activated the conflux to the gate, he said that we needed a gate lord but for reasons unexplained, the door opened. There it was. Sanctuary. It's heart had beat in the same rhythm as mine. I listened to the voice, and it showed me the TRUE light. "They will come for me, and I will try to stay alive. We must keep this garden safe from them." He said " Let me show you what is the true purpose of your resurrection." The heart took my Ghost, and drained it of its light. The light went into my heart, and seared it's memories unto mine. There are lies, countless LIES THAT HAVE BEEN TOLD. WE CAME BACK ONLY TO BE PAWNS IN A GAME OF CHESS AND THE CREATOR SHALL BE THE ONE WHO LOSES, AND THE DARKNESS, THE TRUE DARKNESS, SHALL PREVAIL. Name: Felix Cipher Age: 32 Race: Human Class: Hunter After waking up in the ruins of a car lot outside of the Cosmodrome, Felix made several friends within the Guardians, a two Titan named Hagan and Gus, another Hunters named Cyrus, and Warlock named Vega. Cyrus has spent much of his time trying to remember who he was before, only the names of three people come back to him; Jared, Tom, and Sarah. Not knowing what those names mean, Felix works on finding the secrets to the Vex's time-traveling technology, to learn what his past was, and why he was chosen by the Traveler. He prefers to roam the wilds alone, but when his friends join him, he finds he likes exploring with them even more, even though he won't admit it. He spends his time in the Tower finding ways to control his Arc powers in order to become the most powerful Bladedancer he can be. His weapon of choice is his Crucible-variant Silvered Maverick, but he scours the lands for the fabled Thorn handcannon. He found the Crest of Alpha Lupi when the mysterious Xur appeared in the Tower, offering him this armor of legends for several coins of unknown background he found while on his journey. Felix will stop at nothing to bring around the Golden Age of humanity once again, and he will die countless times if it means he can be the cause of that.

Sirius rushed through the innards of the Vault of Glass. He knew Kaitlyn was in trouble as soon as she and her team left for the Vault of Glass, but he never imagined they'd be so foolhardy as to actually stick it out to the end. He'd rushed to Venus as soon as he'd known they had left, but now, according to his Ghost, she was the only one left alive. Even if she was the only one he could save, he would do his damnedest to ensure she was still breathing by the end of the day. As he glided through the massive chasms of the Vault, he admired Kaitlyn and her team's handiwork: dead Vex by the thousands were strewn across the ground like the discarded and broken toys of a toddler. A single tear rolled down Sirius' cheek. He had come across the body of what appeared to be a Guardian. He couldn't tell immediately; it was mangled almost beyond recognition. "Ghost?" Sirius called out, his voice echoing for far too long. Sirius' Ghost appeared in a burst of light. "Yes, Sirius?" "Take this body, and any others you see. We may be able to reconstruct them later. If not, they deserve a proper burial." The small robot nodded. "Of course." The body disappeared. Sirius continued onward. According to Sirius' HUD, Kaitlyn was in the room ahead. Sirius had been here before, with his sister and four other nameless Guardians assigned to him. He'd almost lost one person, but he sent them back into orbit before they had bled out. He and the rest of the team had been able to defeat Atheon, but it could never truly be killed, only stalled. For whatever reason, it always came back. Sirius had made every attempt to convince Kaitlyn of this fact, but she wouldn't listen, a trait he admired about her. He blasted the door down the a concentrated blast of Void Energy, and saw Kaitlyn standing defiantly in front of Atheon, helmet removed and discarded. She herself was in very bad shape. Her hair, normally tied in a neat and practical bun, was matted, bloody, and sweaty "Ghost, get ready to teleport us back to the ship." Sirius whispered. "You're not seriously going to try and save her, are you? You'll be vaporized as soon as Atheon sees you." The Ghost whispered back. "He won't have time." Sirius stated. Sirius blinked in front of Kaitlyn and launched a Nova Bomb in Atheon's face. Sirius wrapped his arms around a protesting Kaitlyn, who only managed to spit out a "What the fu-" before Sirius shouted at his Ghost. "NOW!" He yelled. The trio disappeared.
