Will Bungie allow data transfer from one gen consoles to the next?

1 ReplyYes. You can transfer between PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 to Xbox One. However you cannot transfer between Xbox 360 to PlayStation 3. You can only transfer between the Systems of the same platform family.
