I thought that the Cryptarch got a tweak to improve odds of good payout with the Blue Engrams?
Several weeks ago I thought that the Cryptarch was tweaked to improve the 'chances' that the Blue Engram would have an improved chance of being "Legendary" materials? Was he re-tweaked while I was out on the road? Now all I seem to get is "rare" stuff all the time, are the "Legendary" stuff the only "rare" stuff that I will find? It appears that the "Rare" items are rather more common than their name implies.

2 RepliesNo, the tweak was for legendary enagrams to garontee legendary or higher. The rare enagrams only have like a 1% chance to be a legendary. There wasn't a tweak for the rare enagrams.
