Exotic Bounty Bug

So i got the exotic bounty, but Invective didnt show up. This is my third Bounty of the same weapons, alredy got Thorn and in process of Bad JuJu. Is somebody experiencing this too?

Well, i have also an issue with invective (my second Exotic) : it is not getting xp... great :/
