Will Eris or Xur sell Exotics from The Dark Below?
I'm curious as to just how we'll go about acquiring the new Exotic weapons in the Dark Below; namely the non-Raid specific ones, [b]No Land Beyond[/b] and [b]Dragon's Breath[/b]. Also, the new Exotic armor in the DLC.
Will there be new Exotic bounties for these weapons? Will Eris maybe stock them in exchange for Strange Coins for owners of The Dark Below, or will Xur have additional items in stock for owners of the DLC?
Or will it turn out to be like the PlayStation-exclusive Exotics like Monte Carlo and Hawkmoon, where the only way to get them is through RNG? It'd be great if someone from Bungie could answer this.

I'm pretty sure that xur is going to only sell dlc gear for a few weeks just to get people to buy the dlc

2 RepliesI hope there are new exotic bounties. It's satisfying to earn them that way. My top moment in Destiny so far might be when my friends and I finally took down Xyor after multiple attempts.

As much as id love to get a chance to buy some fresh exotics I dont want to go through the shit storm that will ensue on the forums. I can see the posts now, "enjoy your welfare faggets", "only noobs buy exotics", "remove Eris Bungie", "Eris ruins the game", etc.

1 ReplyI'm pretty sure Eris is going to sell materials..I saw some emblems, and possibly weapon upgrade materials...I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure she's not going to sell weapons just because she'll sell quests for weapons(similar to exotic bounties from the bounty master) Xur on the other hand...im thinking he's going to sell all exotics regardless if you have the dlc or not

1 ReplyI'm pretty sure they said all new legendary weapons/armor will be available to everyone. But exotics aren't if you don't have the DLC.

i cant find the link but bungie did say that the new exotics would be available for everyone, even if you dont buy the dlc, so im assuming xur will sell them.

4 RepliesXur can't sell them. Not everyone will have the DLC. Why give them "free" exotics.

I've heard that a few of the weapons are going to need materials to become exotics that you can only buy from Eris. I don't think she will be necessarily selling exotics, but she will provide the means to upgrade them.
