Jolder's Hammer reroll

So, I got Jolder's Hammer from the Iron Banner... I kept rerolling it to get upgrades I liked. I finally got one, and it goes: Stability Upgrade, Damage upgrade, either High Caliber/Field Scout/Flared Magwell, Surplus, then remaining damage upgrades. However, i just got the stability upgrade... and nothing changed. The stability has not gone up from the stock. Has this happened to anyone else?

LOL it wouldn't surprise me of Bungie actually forgot to APPLY the re-rolled perks and the original ones are still applying.
