Do the people at bungie even care
Because of the looming error codes i have been kicked to orbit and was cheated outta many rewards such as thorn and coins. I attempted to contact you last night to no avail.
Im just wonder if you care about individuals or do i have to be a group to be important?
Anyway i had heard of you being kind and doing some reimbursements in the past i hope you will consider me for this as i love this game and i only have short times to play so when i do get new stuff its kinda a big deal to me....

1 ReplyHi Magilla! I'm sorry if previous posts you have made have gone unanswered, but we absolutely care about everyone's Destiny experience. As a quick note, we simply are unable to respond to all messages sent our way, but posting here on the forums is a great way for others to lend a hand where they can. It sounds like different error messages are causing you trouble and I apologize for that. Bungie is actively investigating reports like yours and we are working to improve Destiny for all players. For now, please keep an eye on our help pages, the forums, and even Twitter. When we have new information to share, that is where you can find it.
