7 RepliesI don't think that is the raid armour, but normal legendary armour. Hence why it's called graveblabla 1.3, like most rare armour we have now. Maybe it even is upgraded rare armour with the new upgrade armour system. That it isn't raid gear also explaines why he isn't level 32 maxed out. Also look how the rare scoutrifle had a base damage of 248 without even upgraded, that is also the start damage of legendary weapons we have now!
