Monte Carlo
I know there is rarely a complaint about this weapon since it is PS exclusive, but can we do something to make this more useful? Perhaps switch the perk to reduces grenade cooldown instead of melee cooldown?

I like everything about the monte but it does terrible damage!!!!! It just can't keep up with suros,shadow price grim citizen etc
