Your thoughts on halos future? Halo 5 looks promising... A more improved H4 if anything. Shame that 343i and Microsoft are unable to fix bugs and matchmaking. I do believe that Microsoft made 343i rush their project in time for launch, but more commutation should of been made. MCC is fun, at it's very core. I've managed to play a few matches of H1/2/3 in a row and the experience is amazing. However it has it's clear flaws. Concluding Halo 5, this will truly make or break halo ...

Edited by AlkkaPWN: 11/22/2014 6:03:51 PMLooking back now, I've realized that I started to move away from Halo after Halo 3 and Reach. After buying Halo 4 and playing for only a month, I have yet to spend the money on MCC or an Xbone. I know that there have been several factors, some that I can't exactly describe, and even if I feel Halo 4 didn't feel a hundred percent Halo, I'm beginning to feel more strongly that even while Halo has arguably aged well, it has still aged. The franchise has been around a long time, not the longest, but still a long time, and to stay relevant it has had to make changes. I feel like Halo is approaching the point were it is becoming less Halo and more something else. I was excited when 343i took on Halo for more games, but even then there was a small suspicion that it would turn out to be something other than Halo, and that suspicion has grown. The MCC obviously does not fit into this category, but it is prolonging the inevitable death of Halo. I stand more by Bungie's decision to leave Halo now than I have before and I think it was the right decision to make. All in all, this is nothing more than slight banter about my skewed observations; take it as you will. The only thing I believe fully is that we will just have to wait and see.

I'm skeptical. That may be partially that I'm scared of buying new games now though.
