Shoulder Charge Nerf
Has anybody noticed that the shoulder charge seems like it takes longer to charge up now? I was running raid with my titan and tried to charge a friend off the edge while we were waiting at the bottom of the steps, and I ran off the edge waiting for the charge to start up.
