Exotic Bounties Glitch - No Randomization

Just kept trying; got more exotic bounties, finally got other options!

3 RepliesI've gotten at least 5 exotic bounty leads that only offered me a choice from exotic bounties I've already completed. I've yet to be offered the bounty for the exotic scout rifle, and I've been given at least 10 exotic bounty leads total.
