Hello! How's it going?
How is your day going? I hope it is going well. What have you done today that is out of the ordinary?

Personally, I've had a pretty good day. While I have been facing some difficult writer's block, I have also found a great version of a song that I already liked. So I'd say its going overall pretty well.
