What happened to salvage?
Why is salvage only available on occasion? It would be nice if it was added to the other 4 regularly playable game modes. And while we're at it, can we keep the salvage crucible bounties from showing up when salvage isn't available? It's frustrating to have one of the crucible bounties wasted on something that isn't possible to complete.
