This can range from story/patrol to weekly nightfall/raid. Also add what weapon setup you use. Do you use that weapon setup because you like it or for strategic reasons. (or both) For me it's Titan Defender with Bad Juju, The Comedian, and Zombie Apocalypse. I like to use the ward of dawn to give cover for my teammates and my shotgun to keep adds away from the sniper on my team. The Titans extra armor also helps when I use myself as a decoy to distract bosses while my teammates bring down the pain.
