Legendary Engrams
Do you have to complete the story in order to get legendary engrams? All my friends completes the story, and have earned legendary engrams. I haven't and have never gotten one (I'm level 24). Do I have to complete the story?

You can get legendary engrams from doing raids, strikes, daily/weekly strikes/stories, and just patrolling the planets.
