EDIT: So I'm consolidating ideas I've had for Titan buffs into one thread.

- Perks in both Striker and Defender activating On HIT and not On KILL.

- Suppression grenade flags targets for "more damage taken" to soften up targets.

- Perk that can add an "overshield" or "barrier" while jumping.

Titan is in line with the other classes but we could just give this to all classes anyway.
