Great video but from the premisis i understand now that this game is T for teen. When I bought this game I assumed it to be M for mature since it was created by Bungie... I now regret my stupidity.

I find myself having fun with my friends every time I log into destiny. I didn't expect anymore from the game. For those that fell for the hype I don't feel bad for you and i wont take your side. Get over yourselves and go play another game.

It's good too see people like you and me are voicing our opinions on this game, and not succumbing to being fanboys of a company that promised so much, and left us with so little.

Im surprised no one has tried a class action lawsuit on activision yet for false advertisement, would have a strong case and deffinatly get the truth that way.

We know the truth. Everybody knows the truth. The truth is that Bungie has, so far, failed to deliver on their promise of an epic sci-fi "shared-world" shooter. The lore is great, but not in the actual game. The gameplay is fun and intuitive, but too many mechanics are not explained at all. The world is breath-takingly beautiful, but level design is poor. And while the music is epic and emoitionally provacative, the story and characters are bland and lifeless. This is the truth. What you are looking for is completely irrelevant. You are looking for reasons why this happened, an explanation, a villain to blame. That doesn't matter. What matters is whether or not this game, this franchise, can be salvaged. The answer to that is...I don't know. That depends on whether or not the community, as a whole, chooses to continue to support the game, or not. On whether Bungie chooses to listen to the wishes of that community, or not. The game has amazing potential, even with its flaws, but even the greatest potential can squandered if not harnessed correctly. Now, even with all that I've said about this game, I still have hope that they can pull a Final Fantasy type recovery out of this. Why? Two reasons: Ego, and Greed. While it can easily be argued that these two things are what gave us this game to begin with, they are also the most likely to get us back on track. The long list of negative reviews and feedback this game has received since launch has been, and will be, a huge blow to both the Ego, and the monetary bottom line, of both Bungie, and Activision. In order to save face, save the franchise, and ensure the future of both companies, they must aggressively make changes to the game. But that takes time. It's been a month since release. Expect major changes to come in, or around, the time of the first DLC. If no changes occur, or have at least been announced, then consider this game the last hoorah for Bungie.

This is the best video I have seen in my entire life. This guy deserves a golden medal for being the one of the most intelligent, aware and gifted gamers out there. All of the stuff he brings up is most likely true and it saddens me to think about what has happened to the gaming industry. I hope this starts a revolution against these heartless, cheating bastards of game developers and they will perhaps re-create destiny into what we were all hoping for before release (which will probably never happen...) I just wish I had a time machine so I could at least try and cure this pathetic excuse for a game. Amazing video though! It was so epic that I found myself applauding his realisation of what happened to this game! [spoiler]also, that original storyline they had with the kidnapping and the traveler being evil sounded F**CKING AWESOME!i would have played the hell out of that game![/spoiler]
