It has Heroic and Epic turned on and I've gone at it a couple times. Each time me and a friend (or two) will get to the chamber phogoth is in and just get destroyed over and over. For the thorn bounty, I need to stick it out to the third or fourth wave of baddies and a wizard named Xyor will appear.
