titan subclass - which should I choose

I'm about to start levelling my 3rd character, which will be a Titan. My question to the community is - Which subclass would be of most benefit for endgame activities (raids/strikes) ?

I only use striker in pvp Defender got that sexy sticky grenade and a bubble of love
