4000+ comments asking bungie to keep Atheon ports the same
I'm stuck in the middle, some comments that have been made are contradicting each other. I think a player who is well rounded and can perform any role in VoG will be an asset to any team, but certain players are comfortable with what they do right now and don't want change!

1 Replyi hope they keep it the same as it is now. if they want to switch the hard raid to the new portal type im ok with. on normal though i think it is a little to much. normal is suppose to be like a training course for the raid. not to hard but not to easy. you get to learn what works and what doesnt and how to use the relic properly. i have done the raid several times on both my titans and each time we take some new people along to teach them. switching the portal type will make it to were i will no longer want to help people along because if 3 noobs get set into the portal then we might as well wipe since none of them really know how to use the relic. and without a good relic holder you will never finish the raid.

2 RepliesYour options are redundant - the way it's written the last 3 options are basically saying the same thing: "I agree with the change" Are you asking us what we think Bungie WILL do (options 1 and 2) or are you asking us what we WANT Bungie to do (options 3 and 4 - which are both the same) Also, on option #3 - it's "You're" not "Your"

2 RepliesI agree with the last boss being a challenge, but I also think players should take on a "role" when doing the VoG. This messes that up completely Shouldnt exclude more inexperienced players from doing the raid while most people who have done the raid probably just pushed him off (not got any proof but from the messages Ive received while playing asking to help push him off and the posts on the forums Id say its an educated guess)

It will be good for other members of fireteams to get involved more, but it will be utter chaos for randoms, I'm sure with this patch they'll never bring in matchmaking.

I personally like the change, it will make it more challenging and fun to do, it was dull after awhile of the same mechanics..

i think it should stay the same, when everyone can do everything everyone feels expendable because they're not filling one particular role. the 3 farthest away let you designate people to do that job and increased the feeling of teamwork. if they go through with this its just gonna suck
