Wouldn't it be awesome if they implemented a system where I could buy something from Xur.. Like, I don't know.. Let's say.. an ascendent mote for 10 motes of light and I can use that to upgrade a single rare armor piece to a legendary like the awesome exclusive armor sets that Playstation received that were basically obsolete by the time I got them in game. Which in my opinion look more unique than some of the end game gear or legendaries. It seems that it was almost intended to use motes of light in this fashion. They would be increasing the gear in its entirety including its light value, it only makes sense that a bunch of motes of light would have the ability to do such a thing. They could even lock the ability to do this till you were 20. I think this would be incredibly beneficial by adding more esthetic diversity in how we portray our guardians and I couldn't see this causing any type of imbalance. Any thoughts or ideas on this or if you wanted to add anything please let me know! Edit: 10 motes was an example number 25-50 would create a higher level of difficulty on par with the weekly mark caps to not unbalance the rate you can get a character in full legendary gear.
