Does the pulse rifle mod "secret round" even do anything?
Is it broken? I can't see any fourth round ever even when shooting the first round in between an enemies legs and hitting with the next two doesn't do it...neither does just shooting at a wall as you can easily tell there are three bullet holes but you "missed" every shot so it should proc right? is it even working?

A lot of those perks are horrible. I hope they take a look at them.

From my experience, it does work. I sometimes end up with an extra bullet or two left in the clip despite being a burst shot. It only works when you shoot enemies. If you hit only 1 or 2 of the 3 bullets shot, it will fire the 4th one.
