While doing the Cerberus Vae strike on Mars I died before the last boss was killed (5 seconds were missing for my respawn), then my mates killed the boss and I was supposed to auto respawn or be reanimated by my fireteam but it didn't worked. Instead of "mission cleared" there was the message "guardian down" and I couldn't do anything but watching. There's I saw the yellow loot from the boss. I was pretty cool cause I know that usually you could have that back at the tower but nothing happened and I freaking lost my loot for this stupid bugged situation! What can I do to solve this problem If it'll happen in the future? Any suggestion?
