My legendary shotgun used to have a perk called “reactive kill”. What it did was grant bonus damage for a short time after I kill an enemy and reload. After the patch, I found out it was removed and change to “luck in the chamber”, which is a random deals bonus damage. I don't comment on which is better. Bungie, do please be more specific in your patch notes. We players don't like unwanted surprise.
