With Iron Banner now gone I have heard lots of my friends going crazy over the best builds to use in competitive PvP. But I have noticed that so far there is no real meta for Crucible yet. In case no one has made builds in MMOs or had to make one for COD or other perk system shooters, here's how it works. First things first, you need to state what purpose the build is for. If it is for PvE state what for whether it be raids, strikes, or even casual group patrols. If it is for PvP state what game mode it does best in ie control, skirmish, rumble, etc. next go over what class, sub class, and traits that you use. Then go over what guns you use. Most importantly, what role do you fulfill? An example build: Warlock - Voidwalker Control build Traits: -Vortex Grenade -Blink -Vortex -Soul Rip -Arcane Spirit -Annihilate -Ancestral Order -Vortex Mastery Weapons: -Hand Cannon (Thorn) -Shotgun (The Crash) -Rocket (Steel Oracle) I use this as a point control CQB class.
