I have read conflicting reports across the internet. I also haven't noticed from day to day. Do the base stats (int, str, disc)on legendary gear sold by gear vendors change? Do the attributes (reload speed, extra ammo, grenade throw distance, etc.) change from day to day? Or is the piece you see there one day going to be the piece you see there every day? I got several different queen's guard chests, but I don't know if the vendor's are the same? Basically I need to know if I should wait to see a piece I like before spending the marks...
