Pocket Infinity? More like Pocket Limited

And if you're dead set on keeping this horrible replacement for Enhanced Battery Perk, make sure you make the weapon tolerable to use as in buffing the damage output. Or simply get rid of Exotic types. These weapons are supposed to be better than legendary's instead you've managed to in one horrid hotfix ruin some of the hardest to obtain and best exotic weapons in the game. Ahemm..   • This is such a joke. It was one of the few broken weapons in the game and the nerf was needed. It's only really horrible kids who used this shit, you don't have to aim and it one shots everything. Learn to aim with a real gun and then come back and try Crucible again.

      • Agreed! Charge rate and impact need to be adjusted now takes a lo g time to charge and the impact isn't high enough to justify 3 rounds

        • Yup. Instead of directly addressing what Bungie considered OP, they over blanketed the category of each weapon type with an all encompassing nerf. If Bungie believed something is OP, like an exotic or legendary then you adjust what is OP in the upgrade tree or stat bars. You don't shotgun a nerf at an entire category of a weapon type. Rare and uncommon shotguns and auto rifles upgrade trees did not contain legendary upgrades for damage or accuracy or impact or range to the degree legendary or exotic did. As it stands right now, even GREEN items got nerfed because it's an "across the board" update. So, ya took one thing that ya thought needed adjusting and ya adjusted everything. Ugh. So, I get the logic, but it was wrong to nerf entire weapon categories. Especially when not separating the PVP from PVE. Then again we are talking about the Devs who designed iron banner where a level 4 can kill a level 20 with starter guns. Just like the Forbes article stated.... no consistency in the formula. Oh well. What can ya do.

            I agree, if they were so interested in balancing, they should have toned back the clip size to 5. It is, indeed, not worth the learning curve to use nor the time put in to obtaining it. Additionally, I really, REALLY wish they would balance weapons in PVP without completely neutering them in PVE. I get that everything won't make sense in a player vs player environment (mythoclast, and arguably, Suros Regime) but making that mythoclast that you busted your ass for running raids and having its effectiveness leeched it of it because it's too powerful in multiplayer, is, honestly Bungie, silly. Tl;dr balance weapons for multiplayer, that's fine, but why ruin them for single player/strike/mission/raid environments?

            • Iv only just unlocked it but 3 shots?silly.5 or 6 wud be good.and if the full auto made it op then dump the full auto! Aslo nerfing weapons for pvp shouldnt effect pve.

              • Yea I spent two weeks finding rare fusion rifles and all weekend killing 200 vex with a rare fusion rifle only for the thing to be Castrated. Bungie should change the name to paper weight.

              • Three rounds simply isn't enough. Either give us a larger magazine (6?) or reduce the full auto damage penalty. Ok ill majors with fatebringer faster than pocket infinity now. Why is my legendary stronger than my absurdly tedious to obtain exotic?

              • honestly if pvp players want balance so bad, bungie just do this just make every weapon that goes into pvp have same stats/ perks for the duration of the match so everything is same stop nerfing guns for the sake of pvp it's seriously unbalancing raiding/ pve

              • I'm so glad someone said this. After the nerf I've just stopped using it. It's completely useless now. I don't understand why they didn't just lower the clip size. Instead of it being 8, just lower it to 5 or 6.

                • I don't even understand how the nightfall part works, like I killed maybe over 300 fallen in this week nightfall (did it a few times) and ya nothing went up, do I need to use a fusion? if yes, the description of this task is -blam!-ing stupid! and ya the pocket infinity is maybe the hardest exo to get
