If Bungie are going have PvP they should have 2 modes: 1. A game mode where all the guns are balanced (and I mean ACTUALLY balanced) for all the people who just want to jump straight into PvP but can still get rewards like you can at the moment (but the players who get higher up the leaderboard should have a higher chance of getting something better to commemorate how well they have done in the Crucible) 2. Have an Iron Banner where it actually means your gears mattes don't do this "we want it to so lower levels can play" rubbish. Make the game mode so players who have spent their time doing strikes, building rep, getting drops and doing the Raid on the hardest difficulty can actually use their weapons as they are. Like I put above NO balancing to make it "fair for lower level players", if they want to join a match where there is no safety net than that is there own choice. And with these 2 game mode types you could give players the choice to play either a balanced Crucible game type or a TRUE Iron Banner gametype, appealing to both types of players. Even the ones who Prefer PvE like me.
