Recently Tower Officials have noticed a sharp increase in the number of Guardians falling to their death from the top of the Tower. While this has always been an issue and is more of an inconvenience than a problem local bureaucracy still wishes to stem the tides of plummeting Guardians. "I dance on the railing because its fun and its my way of greeting incoming ships," one Guardian was quoted as saying. Despite the vocal majority claiming there is nothing for Tower Officials to concern themselves with an initiative may be brought up in a City Council Meeting sometime soon in regards to the escalating situation of falling Guardians. "Guardians are our best hope for a new future," one official said, "we owe it to them to keep them safe when they are in the Tower at the very least."
