will anyone be playing Destiny in 5 months?
i really think that there will be 5% of core players on destiny by jan. why thats easy the simple lack of day one content and the lack of variety of what the game has to offer. no amount of expansion passes will fix what is truly broken for example i jumped on today and hardly saw any players roaming the worlds. the agent of the nine had the same crap as he did in week one. i beasted the daily heroic mission by myself and got crap to show for it same with the crucible. with all the great games coming out in the next few months i really can't see myself grinding out the same strikes and story missions for crap gear. the latest updated didn't fix anything worth while to grind over and over again. so my question to every one will you be one of the 5% that stays or will you move on like me after the SHORT expansion pass that was included in my collectors edition? If they dont fix their network errors i see many players leaving the game for a more stable experience

Nope, I stopped playing. the constant disconnections with no end in sight has made me regret pre-ordering. I should have known better though, I need to stop pre-ordering games just to get extra shit. -.-

Honestly, as soon as the MCC matchmaking gets fixed fully I won't be playing Destiny much, if at all. Nothing against Destiny (ok maybe a few things against it) but Halo just has a better all around multiplayer experience I think, not to mention the nostalgia factor, and a great story.

10 RepliesDestiny we need to talk. (Dramatic pause...exhale) Alright this is really hard to say but I feel like we should just call it like it is. When we first started talking you were super chill and seemed liked you were alot of fun, but you got boring SO fast, you never listen (which I wouldnt mind if you were not wrong about 98% of the things you say and do), you always wanna do the same things over and over and over and over again, and lets be honest you only like about three of my friends and even those guys you make it a pain to talk to them. I know what you're gonna say "I can change"... dont we both know you wont (and if you do, youre gonna make me pay out the a$$ for it). So lets not drag this out, its over, and its not me its you. I am gonna start seeing other games, maybe down the road if you do actually change we can play around a bit (I was an idiot and bought a digital copy. Its alot like herpes, but you cant give it to anyone else...hmmm second thought not like herpes) but dont ever expect anything serious again. Sorry I had to do this via text, I would have rather let you down in a crowded restraunt after you payed for my 60ish dollar meal. Oh well. Have a good one hope you treat the next sucker down the road a little better than you did me....ok I lied that actually was really easy to say.

3 RepliesStopped playing for 3 weeks and will be coming back to download the DLC (because I stupidly bought the limited edition for feckin 95 pounds). So after completing all the DLC content in 1-2 weeks I'll be back to call of duty.

Yeah idk I already have 2 level 30s and a 29 so there's not much to do in this game. Not really fun grinding out the same bounties/strikes. I already have all of the good weapons fully upgraded. So unless they add a lot more strikes/bounties in the near future I don't see myself playing this game for to much longer.

I mean yeah they're adding another raid that you can only do once a week and only 1 new strike mission and a few new bounties but that's not enough to keep me interested in this game. I will probably be done with Destiny after 1-2 more months.

Yea but il probs be on just for a bit of pve, the weekly raid and nightfall. as soon as halo guardians comes out I'll be spending my pvp time back with master chief. how did they make crucible worse the halo, they had a winning formula and decided to chuck it out the window

I'm done 2 months after house of wolves releases since I bought the season pass with the guardian edition but after that I'm adding bungie to my list of don't buy from anymore, they get to join Activision and EA games as I have not bought games from them in YEARS.

It would serve as a wake up call to Bungie and their shitty marketing dept not to overhype and oversell the game on false promises. Also, hope the programmer gets fired, i have never played a game with such shitty and miser rng system. What a terrible and amateur programmer.

Probably not. I was playing madden 15 and the MCC until the iron banner came back. Seeing as it's leaving tomorrow I'll probably just complete the weeklys with my friend and play MCC until halo guardians comes out and evolve

Idk gonna be hard to compete with the new games coming out especially in Feb it's gonna be tough there are obviously the people who believe this is the best game to ever be created but Idk they have work to do if they want to stay relevant

DA:I is rolling around next week, and the MP on that (which is similar to that of ME3's MP set up) is going to be occupying my time. Because even though it will be subject to RNG, at least there it is different, in that at least it won't be hampering my progress.

Not if The Legend of Zelda for Wii U is released, but if Destiny gets more enjoyables striles or challenging missions, yes I'll still playing this game.
