Weapon Balance, its all in the balance
Pulse rifles have a time window between every burst. If pulse rifles dont have a higher damage they dont stand a chance against auto rifles and people will only use one weapon type. Please look deep into balance

2 RepliesJust got the Legendary "The Conduit" pulse rifle and it is TERRIBLE!!! My rare auto rifle was way better. I think pulse rifles in general are under powered and should never be used. I'm going to upgrade mine up to the point I start needing ascendant material and if nothing changes I'm just going to scrap mine.
