Disconnects - Xbox One

I've had a strike drop out with the boss at 1/4-1/8 of his health left and had the game boot me out multiple times in the last week. It just happened minutes ago, leading to this post. I've followed all the directions from the "networking" help page, opened ports, set up a static IP address on my Xbox 1. The issue has not gone away, only reared its head at the most inopportune time. What am I supposed to do to make this go away? I'm so frustrated right now, and have been for weeks. If anyone can help me out, or tell me how to get an actual person from Bungie to help, I would greatly appreciate it.

  • The same thing happens to me, every time I get on the game. I'm constantly getting kicked out of my fireteam, strikes, crucible, and raids. I really like Destiny ,but it's becoming unenjoyable. Bungie needs to address this issue before they start losing players. Anyway I hope Bungie fixes the problem.

  • Yup the absolute worst that we can't actually get a hold of Bungie directly! I've never really had an issue with other gaming companies so I'm not sure how easy it is to get a hold of them but the standard for any business of this size should be a robust costumer service. They can absolutely afford it. They are also just absolutely being lazy! I hate companies that there only customer support is a message saying go to the forums. They should be taking responsibility for their product. Because other companies do it is hardly a reason to do it as well.

      • Sorry man. Same here. Almost nothing works. Every time I get booted I get a different error code so I don't even believe the name of the error code actually means anything. So frustrating! The worst part is for me is that it was totally fine the first 3 days.

        • Same thing here but it has been happening to me since last saturday. It isnt a client side issue, it is definitely on bungie's end somewhere. Until they fix it the game is unplayable for me
