This link, found posted by another forum user, is a fantastic example of what my PVP experience is like about 75% of the time.
Has anyone had these kinds of issues and then found a way to fix it? The obvious answer is that it might be my internet. The thing is though, my internet connection is top notch. Here's some proof:
Test 1: Local Tennessee server

Test 2: Richmond, VA

Test 3: Los Angeles, CA

All of these test were run on speedtest.net while my network is under load. My girlfriend is streaming Amazon Instant Video. Also, these tests were conducted during local peak usage times.
And here are some line quality tests, also under load from pingtest.net:
Test 1: Atlanta, GA

Test 2: Washington, D.C.

Test 3: Los Angeles, CA

Most of the time, I play while no one else is using my network and late at night, so all of these values would typically be better. I took the tests during this time period to show the worst that my connection gets.
Are there ports that need forwarding outside of the normal ones for Xbox Live?
