Can't submit Exotic bounty Missive to Xander 99-40
I do a a lot of bounties and have been blessed with multiple exotic bounties (which I can't complete because I suck at PVP, so they just fill up my bounty slots... but I don't have the heart to delete them.)
I received another exotic bounty today that says, "Turn in this Missive to Xander 99-40."
Xander 99-40 has the green "!" to indicate that I'm to interact with him, but if I go to his menu it does not give me the option to turn it in. :(
I was hoping that it was the Shattered Memory Fragment, but if I can't submit it I'll never know. :(

Its because the set of three you were randomly assigned to, you already have all of them so you have to do one to be able to get another

I have the same issue, but I already have 4 exotic bounties going and this would be my 5th. I don't know what to do at all... Maybe ask bungie? This is kind of annoying!!

Got the same problem with the same item for the pass two days since i got the exotic bounty

1 ReplyPenguin, have you made any progress with this? I looked at your screenshot and I started to laugh. My Hunter's bounty list looks 'exactly' the same as your screenshot! LoL Does anyone know if it's true that you can only have (3) Exotic bounties at a time?

2 RepliesI think that missives and leads should be mission items, NOT bounties. That way they don't take up space in you measly 5 bounty slots if you don't feel like starting them yet. Exotic bounties should also reward you mission items at the end of each section, so you can turn them in for the next step when you feel like starting it, again to save space in your bounty slots.

4 RepliesI have the same thing as well, my bounties list looks exactly the same as yours. From reading some other posts, there are 2 sets of bounties (3 in each). For some reason I've only ever been offered bounties from one of the sets, which is probably what's happened to you as well. When you complete one of the 3 active one's, you'l probably get offered that one again by Xander next time you meet him. How you get offered ones from the other set of three would be good to know...
