so..i'm lvl 29 with maxed legendaries, exotics galore to pick from, maxed subclasses, enormous piles of useless crafting materials, every strike beaten on highest difficulties, you name it.. However, i go into pvp and i do the same damage as a level 9 guy with a level 6 green shotgun? i found this strange so i tested it. i stripped butt naked and put on some awful green equipment picked the worst possible skill choices on my sub class, and bought myself a nice useless green auto rifle with accuracy increases longer it is fired modifier..guess what? i did the same damage...absolutely no difference. what is the point of equipment in pvp then? hell why even have pve characters in pvp? if a level 9 with a green gun auto rifle gets in a firefight with me, whilei'm using a maxed legendary rifle, assuming neither of us dodge, or jump etc, we both aim straight at the head from three feet away and unload..i should take..about zero damage, he should die instantly from a headshot. would that be unfair to newbies? yeah, yeah it would. thats why it should have leveled pvp. level ranges: 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 25+ if i face a level 26 with 2 legendaries and a blue, i should win unless he is just MASSIVELY better than me, just like if i face off against a guy with exotic weapon, full maxed raid gear..i should lose unless i'm just massively better than him. common sense..even in Call of Diarrhea leveled up weapons actually had advantages..rapid fire shoots faster than non rapid fire..shocking right?
