So I decided to play some Halo:Reach this past weekend and I had an AMAZING time. I played all of the game modes several times except for team snipers which I played numerously more times than the rest and I just had an overall fun time all day, but then I got to thinking to myself, where's this kind of fun in Destiny? I mean don't get me wrong, Destiny was fun throughout all the missions the first time and its still fun if I have a few friends to play with and if I'm still getting new gear, but it doesn't even come close to the amount of fun I had playing reach for the first time in a long time. What the hell Bungie? Where's all the fun we were promised? You gave us around 60% the amount of fun we were supposed to have playing your half a billion dollar game. You don't think the vast majority of that was put into marketing and advertising do you guys? I mean sure a lot of it was but come on, 500 MILLION dollars. That's a lot of money we should have gotten a better game. I guess it was to be expected though it was a new series after all, but still, we were promised a lot. BUT if Bungie can get themselves together and figure out what they did wrong with this game that didn't live up to what it was supposed to (its right in front of your face Bungie) then Destiny 2 can be the masterpiece we were promised in Destiny 1. If you don't though, I'm afraid you can count me out of Destiny 3 and 4. I hope you can do it though I really do, I loved all the halo games and I still love Bungie, just my confidence in you has dropped. Get yourselves together and I'll have full confidence once again, the only reason I've stuck around this long is because to have the good you have to get through the bad. So make Destiny 2 the greatest game of all time. Then I'll have FULL confidence that 3 and 4 and all your games after will be good.
