What Point is There Now?
Okay, I've been enjoying Destiny and trying to enjoy it with all the DCing, and was somewhat excited for the Queen's Wrath event. I'm fully decked out in Legendary gear so I didn't really care THAT much until I dismantled and got ascendant shards. Reading in the Hot Fix that that was taken out, I decided "well I guess I'll try that loot cave for once". Woops. That's gone too now. There is literally no motivation to do... anything anymore in this game. Not sure why Bungie would do that.

1 ReplyHopefully there's an aspect of the gameplay that you find fun. It's understandable if you do not though as the game is critisized for it's repetitive gameplay despite it's fun mechanics.

6 RepliesThats a pretty stupid attitude... If you were only motivated to play the game because of those reasons... Then just gtfo. The motivation should be the strikes, dailies, weeklies, vault of glass, etc. i realize the farming was a quick way to do certain things but to say it ruined the game or anything of the sort is just retarded.

1 ReplyI can't really think of any reason to do the Queen missions anymore, if all they provide is the same exact pieces of legendary gear that don't even give ascendant materials... That's literally the only reason I was doing them, so that I could save up legendary gear should I require ascendant shards in the future. Now I have 5 purple chest-pieces and 3 purple helmets that serve no purpose whatsoever.

I just wanted to do the QW missions to get parts to upgrade my stuff so I could do higher level missions... just like everyone else has done. So I have 9 QW bounties saved up for friends to hunt with... and then they turn the QW legendary items into... CANDYFLOSS? The whole design of rewards in this game are horribly skewed. Did they not even test to see what QW items broke down into? Why back off once a load of people have gotten their rewards and then suddenly drop a patch that changes the whole way the game rewards you. Nope... This is a mistake on Bungie's part I'm afraid. Removing the materials and not replacing it with something else at least is just boolsheet.
